2nd Line It Support Analyst for dynamic and vibrant retail organisation based just outside Belfast.
Your new company
They are a multi-award winning organisation and the undisputed largest business in their field. After recently completing a high-profile merger, the organisation seek to expand their IT contingent to accommodate an enthusiastic and motivated IT support analyst to reactively and proactively assist an array of IT users across the company.
Your new role
Reporting to the IT Service Desk Team Lead, you'll operate in a 1st/2nd line role and operate on the organisation's ticketing system to perform fixes on user incidents and instigate change requests. Your daily role will be based around offering a personal and premium level of service to IT users and be highly involved in change management processes and technical resolutions within an ambitious SLA target.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you'll have solid working experience within a Windows environment and have good network and database skills. Preferably you'll have exposure to Active Directory and possibly Office365 configuration with exposure to ITIL. You'll be 100% customer focused and driven to exceed customer service expectations.
