Description: Our client is an independent healthcare provider to the NHS. The service is a rehab inpatient service who provides on-going treatment to adult patients who suffer from a range of severe and enduring mental illnesses and in particular Schizophrenia, Psychosis, and Personality Disorders within the safety and security of a holistic environment where their physical, social, psychological, cultural and educational needs are met. Some patients have a dual diagnosis of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health difficulties.

We are looking for an accomplished and experienced individual with proven abilities in clinical leadership and resource management. Clinically based and patient focused, you'll inspire expert nursing and clinical care through individual and best practice.

This is an opportunity to work in a service with a genuine no-blame culture that is not driven by financial pressures. You will be supported by a full multi-disciplinary team, a dedicated team of RMN's and experienced Support Workers, and a committed Senior Management Team.

Person Specification: You will need to have a proven track record in management at a Senior level, experience in investigating clinical incidents, a consummate level of knowledge of the CQC and a current valid UK PIN.
