Salary: cGBP35k basic salary + OTE cGBP65k + excellent company benefits

Our lovely award winning client now has further superb opportunities for experienced and talented Recruitment Consultants, to join the well-established Aviation team. While the team currently focus on Aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), they are looking to expand their services into new international MRO customers and also potentially expand into allied areas such as Aerospace OEMs, manufacturing, flight crew and airport services.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to leverage new client relationships, re-engage with lapsed/dormant clients or branch out into your specific area of Aviation expertise - a genuine opportunity to build a desk within an already established and market leading team!

Desired Skills and Experience

- Proven experience within a Resourcer or Consultant role previously, with Aviation or Aerospace recruitment experience desirable

- Ability to sell recruitment services (Contract or Permanent) and source candidates accordingly

- New business development skills - lead generation, leveraging dormant accounts, new client development

- Account management & relationship building

- Ability to travel regularly in pursuit of new business and building better relationships

- Drive for results

- Developing self and others

- Teamwork
