Position: Temp- Perm role Fulltime
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm
Location Uxbridge
Salary GBP22-24k Temp - Perm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and diligent Senior Payroll Administrator, to join a global company based in Uxbridge. You will excel in a fast paced environment, to join their busy team of payroll professionals. You will be dealing with queries from internal and external clients in the corporate sector. The role will require you to have working industry knowledge of the following:

* Processing payroll submissions from the retail branch network and contract sites
* Processing all aspects of payroll documentation including P6.P45.P46,P38,Statutory Sick Pay, Parental Pay, Attachment of Earnings orders, Payroll Giving, Union Deductions, Pensions, Save as you earn, Tax Credits, Student Loans and NI cards
* Assisting with Payroll reconciliation's
* Processing BACS recalls and cheque payments to weekly paid temporary field staff plus processing of CHAPs payments requests for weekly paid temporary employees
* Processing of overpayment adjustments and completion of manual calculations
* Assisting with the Auto Enrolment process as appropriate
* Adhering to deadlines and monitoring progress, to ensure the work is completed on time
* Assisting in the day to day activities of the payroll team as required
* To control the completion of statutory and authorised returns to relevant bodies and in particular, to the timely remittance of all payroll deductions

Skills
* Excellent customer service orientation, keen and proactive qualities
* Experience using Microsoft Office Excel and Word
* Excellent Administration skills, with the ability to manage your workload effectively
* Good interpersonal and presentation skills
* A methodical approach with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
* Experience dealing with customers on the telephone in a professional, calm manner
* Good written and oral communication skills
