Gilbert Meher are working on behalf of a leading non profit care provider to recruit an experienced residential Care Home Manager on a permanent basis. The recently refurbished Care Home has recently been visited by the Care Quality Commission where they received a good rating for the 30+ bed property.
We are looking for a strong 'hands-on' manager with highly developed leadership and management skills. The home is supported by a Regional Manager and support staff.

About The Role
• Overseeing all day to day operations of the 30+ bed residential home
• Identifying new business opportunities, effectively managing budgets, taking
responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas
• You will require a passion for putting the needs and wellbeing of the residents first, finding new ways to enrich the resident's lives within the home and delivering outstanding customer care for them and their relatives

About You
• Strong leadership and management skills demonstrable from previous relevant Home Management positions
• The ability to inspire and mentor teams of staff who also wish to continuously improve the environment
• Strong commercial and business acumen committed to ensuring the Care Home obtains its high Care Quality standard
