The Recruitment consultant will be the primary point of contact for our new Recruitment company, managing our ATA (Apprenticeship Training Agency) and commercial recruitment. We are looking to recruit an experienced senior recruitment consultant ideally from a fast paced industrial sector to join our expanding branch in Hackney. As the senior recruitment consultant you will demonstrate your recruitment skills in a full 360 environment through service and sales. We are looking for a self-starter who has the drive to push the development of the company. You will implement and ensure a full effective recruitment division, using your own knowledge to ensure growth.

The role is demanding, diverse and involves:
• Build and manage an permanent/interim/contract consulting desk and ultimately build your own business unit within the Recruitment Division
• Build and manage a market research service for prospective new clients
• Network to identify new business opportunities through utilising our strong network and market experience
• Implement current procedures and policies including payroll, invoicing, registration, information, both client and candidate contracts
• Build up the company internal database from 0-45,000 candidates
• Have an active Client facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accounts
• Formulate and manage international recruitment assignments, specifically working on mid-career to senior level opportunities
• Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation
• Effectively demonstrate "best practices" and promote brand awareness
• Communicate business pipeline to Managing Director and Recruitment Manager
• Build and manage a team of Consultants and Recruiters whilst supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the team
• Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
• Achieving your monthly targets through consistent delivery on every aspect of 360 degree recruitment cycle Winning new, thrilling business through networking events, following up on leads and other means (this is one of the areas where you will be using your initiative and pro-active attitude) and opening up opportunities to other specialism
• Positioning us as recruitment consultancy of choice through building successful, long-lasting professional relationships with clients and candidates
• Identifying clients' needs, taking briefs and writing high-spec job ads to attract top talent
• Sourcing top candidates and building ever expanding talent pool using traditional as well as innovative methods
• Shortlisting CVs in line with job requests. Ensuring CVs are to the highest standards and reflective of client requests, maintaining CVs to interviews ratio of 2:1
• Registering and interviewing candidates using correct tools and processes, ensuring legal compliance and best working practices are applied
• Maintaining regular communication with both clients and candidates, sharing the updates and knowledge with your colleagues
