Lead Change Manager
My client a leading Financial Services organisation is seeking a Lead Change Manager to join their industry leading team.
This is a great opportunity for the ideal candidate to be to be part of a new structure within their Technology Services and provide leadership to a team of Change Managers & Change Analysts.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working in a IT End to End Change Management role in a FTSE100 business.
- Experience of an ITIL Working environment
- Experience of leading Change Managers and Change Analyst and Change Board meetings
- Ability to influence and shape change, alongside internal senior stakeholders and 3rd parties
- Convene and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB forums.
- Contribute to design and development of Change Management processes, tools, templates, documents and reports.
