Role: Senior Finance Analyst Job type: Full-time Contract: Permanent position Salary: GBP50-60k Location: London WC1E 7HJ If you meet the criteria of this job description, we will be in contact with you within 24 hours What we are looking for: Candidates who have worked for the big 4 e.g. Deloitte, PWC then moved to a smaller company - evidence and skills of the difference they have made to that companyLooking like they are going into potentially 3rd or 4th role?Forward thinking individual-have led a team beforeFully qualified candidate with Audit experience, AAT qualifications etc. REQUIREMENTS Managing delivery of regular reporting and planning processes across the FP&A team including: Project manage including all quarterly forecasts, annual budget and monthly outturn / short term forecastingProactively identifying margin generative opportunities and process efficienciesPlanning timetables both within Finance and the wider businessFacilitate changes to GL and CC structures within the consolidation models in conjunction with Financial AccountsOverseeing balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, working closely with FD to identify future cash requirements and distillation of Capex forecastsOwnership of all forecasting, consolidation and reporting tools including scoping out new systems and revisions to forecasting models Proactive throughout the month end period to provide reporting and insight with ultimate delivery of monthly financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholdersChallenge Commercial Finance and Operational teams on all aspects of the business, utilising tools and data available - identify and create the tools required where these do not already existHeadcount forecasting & insightful reporting for decision making and recruitment sign-offFinance Business Partner to Opex business leaders, responsible for the co-ordination, challenge and presentation of financial projections and resultsSupporting in the delivery of Board and Investor reporting packsSupporting ad hoc analysis required for the VC investors, and a key team member in supporting the modelling and data requirements for future funding and investment processesAbility to take a flexible approach to responsibilities during a period of rapid growth and change in the teamAssist in the delivery of ad hoc projects as instructed by CFO and Finance Director Skills required: Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant with minimum 2 years PQEStrong analytical skillsExperience of a high growth, dynamic, responsive environmentAdvanced MS Excel skillsFinance systems literateA flexible individual who enjoys working in a changing environmentStrong communications skills - both verbally and on paper BENEFITS Become one of the early employees of a fast-growing, exciting start-up changing the food delivery landscapeHave a real impact on the company's growth and evolutionWork with people who love what they do every dayHighly subsidised gym membership at one of the top local gyms in the areaFriday lunches from our very own restaurant partners and regular restaurant sample tastings!
