Finance & Administration Manager
Reporting to the UK Managing Director and working closely with our Group Financial Direction in France, the Finance & Administration Manager will have the responsibility for all financial, accounting, HR, cash control and key administrative tasks for the UK business. You will be responsible for the production of management accounts, forecasts and Group Reporting to ensure our overall financial objectives are met. RESPONSIBILITIES • Management of the UK Finance and Administration team • Preparation of management reporting budgets and forecasts for the UK business in both UK and Group reporting format, • Preparation of financial reporting in both UK and Group reporting format (monthly and at Company year-end), • Overall UK business financial control including Cash, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and Payroll, • Control of Human Resources function, including payroll and recruitment in coordination with the Group Human Resources Director • Responsibility for Company Secretarial aspects including insurances, pensions and legal • Responsibility for Company vehicle fleet, land line and mobile telephones and landlord duties relating to tenants in our local rental properties • Management of current and working with the implementation team for a future ERP system THE CANDIDATE • Accountancy qualified professional (ACCA or similar), • Minimum of 8 years of broad based financial and administrative control position experience, • Experience in an audit firm will be appreciated • Knowledge of the manufacturing sector would be beneficial • Knowledge of the consolidation of accounts and European IFRS standards will be appreciated REMUNERATION A salary of between GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 PA depending on experience plus a Company performance related bonus, which currently pays up to a further 5% of basic salary. This position also offers a company car, contributory pension scheme with life insurance and private health care.
