Dynamics AX Application Support Analyst//LEEDS
My end - user customer based in Leeds are currently looking for a Dynamics AX Application Support Analyst to join their team. My customer is currently on AX2012 R2.
Your responsibilities will involve:
oAnalyse business requirements to understand business needs and determine how the application can be used to fulfil those needs functionally.
oProvided analytical expertise based on application and process knowledge to recommend solutions that meet the business needs.
oAccessed Databases and run queries to extract data for support and development purposes (Advanced AX filters & Excel exports, Data definition groups, AOT, SQL, AX jobs).
oInvolved in the ongoing processes of investigating, analysing, and providing long-term resolutions to technical issues.
oPrepared documentations on application logic, process flows and configurations.
oIdentifying areas of improvement within different parts of ERP implementation.
oTechnical and troubleshooting support
oRegularly communicated with stakeholders and address their issues and concerns. Research issues and resolve problems of various complexities on different modules
