PRODUCT SPECIALIST/CONSULTANT: Environmental Services/Waste Management
Salary DOE GBP 38k -42,5k, 25days+ BH, Pension Scheme, car allowance,

Field based with some travel to Gloucester office

My client is a fast growing, software company specialising in providing asset management software and services (including a range of Inventory, condition, and Inspection surveys) to public sector organisations helping them to improve their efficiency.
Their clients include Transport for London and a number of large Local Authorities, where they have long-standing service contracts built over many years of continuous product development to meet their individual needs.
Due to company expansion in the UK and big potential to grow internationally they are now looking for an implementation consultant to join their team.

Role: reporting to a Head of Product Consultancy and you will be:

. Responsible for providing best-practise advice to customers of the Waste Management software.
. expected to help the customers get the very best they can from the software
. Providing consultancy, both operational and technical, onsite and field based training and to attend and contribute to relevant technical steering groups and seminars.
. Having the opportunity to work with the Marketing and Development teams to ensure that company's solutions and presence in this area continues to grow and offer great value to their customers.

Opportunity:

You will be travelling regularly (up to 70% of the time).

Essential skills:

. experience in Waste Management (5 years)
. working with, or implementing Waste Management software
. Experience of managing projects
. Strong client/customer service experience
. full UK driving license

Desired skills:

. MCIWM Chartered Waste Manager status is an advantage
