Senior IVA Drafter/MOC / Complex Drafter - Excellent Place to work

Stockport area - Immediate Start

GBP23,000 - GBP32,000 depending on experience + Uncapped Bonus (GBP50k OTE)

Our client are a fantastic financial solutions company based in Stockport, the company are well established & FCA Authorised with a brilliant management team that have created an equally brilliant culture and we are specifically looking for someone to be a part of this team for the long term.

We are looking to add to the team due to client growth and significant uplift in appointments over the last 18 months. The successful individual will play a key role in assisting on the progression of a wide case load of consumer IVA cases. With the growth in the department there are excellent prospects for developing your career further with increasing responsibility and technical skill development on offer.

Key Responsibilities

*Preparation of relevant paperwork for the meeting of creditors

*Communication with the client during the creditor meeting process

*To obtain and collate proxy votes

*To log all claims and proxies received on relevant system

*Production of relevant documents after the meeting of creditors

*Update the relevant systems (CCS/SIVAS/Iolite/spreadsheets/diary)

*Notification to all regulatory bodies, creditors and clients concerning the outcome of the meeting of creditors within the statutory timescales

*Liaise with the client and the creditor in the event of modifications/adjournments of the meeting of creditors

Key Skills

*Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)

*We will accept trainees internally

*Excellent organisational and administration skills

*Strong time management skills

*Used to working to targets in a pressured environment

*Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team

*Good communication skills both written and verbal

*Good attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in data input and processing

*An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers
