Accounts Payable Associate

Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a market leading multi-site business services client, which requires an Accounts Payable Associate to join a small yet very busy accounts payable team.

You will be able to offer previous accounts payable experience, be team-focused and be able to cope with large volumes of invoices.

This Accounts Payable Associate role will report to the AP Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

* Processing of over 100 invoices per day
* Handling all queries, via email, telephone and face-to-face
* Working closely with the other AP team members
* Review and approve all payments on a weekly basis
* Responsible for statement reconciliations
* Ensure compliance with all processes at all times
* Maintain a great working relationship with all internal and external contacts
* Daily liaising with other members of the finance team

Your profile as a suitable candidate should look like the following:

* Previous experience within a similar fast-paced Accounts Payable role
* Previous use of SAP or Oracle or a similar system will be highly desirable
* Strong team player
* Strong reconciliations experience
* Intermediate Excel

This is a permanent Accounts Payable Associate role based in High Wycombe. Our client is within easy reach of public transport routes, and is based in very modern offices with plenty of free parking on-site.

The appointed Accounts Payable Associate can expect to earn between GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 basic p/a depending on their previous experience level, plus benefits.
