This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the major providers of education and training in Yorkshire and Humberside. We are one of the largest providers of A Level and vocational programmes for 16 to 19 year olds in the region. We also deliver a range of Traineeships and Apprenticeships and work with over 1,000 employers, helping them to recruit apprentices and provide bespoke training for their employees. About the Role
A Marketing Officer is required to work in the busy marketing team and will involve updating product information, producing publications, market research and competitor analysis activities, helping with events, updating social media channels and websites, and other marketing activities as required.
The successful candidate must have exceptional organisations skills, a 'can do' attitude, and have worked within a marketing department previously.
Also must be competent in Microsoft Office packages and have a good customer care ethos. Ideally hold a CIM qualification or be willing to work towards.
Where appropriate, the post-holder will be given the opportunity to undertake relevant professional and vocational training as required to meet the demands of the role.
The role is 37 hours per week. However, must be flexible as support will be required outside of normal office hours, at various events including open evenings, careers fairs, and celebration events (time off in lieu will be granted).
