The Role

You must be professional, with the ability to communicate effectively with key clients at Senior and Exec level. You will be given full support and structured training to help you succeed.


???Identifying in conjunction with the Delivery Teams new markets and emerging companies in the Technology and Software markets.
???To have a good understanding and grasp of the business landscape within these areas.
???Research and establish key contacts within relevant organisations / vendors.
???Working in a pro-active manner, utilising Linkedin, Industry Press, and any other tools at your disposal.
???Make initial contact with these companies and getting through to the Decision Makers in order to understand the clients business, problems and headcount requirements.
???Be able to position the business as a valued resource in the placement of very specific people.
???The ability to suggest a solution to their pains - using case studies, references, value proposition and relevant candidates.
???Gain commitment to work with client.
???Negotiate terms of business and rules of engagement.
???Liaise within internal Delivery Teams to commence the research.
???Update Company CRM system with Client notes and details.
???Produce regular adverts to attract new candidates.
???Continually seeking new areas to target including networking current companies for new contacts and divisions.
???Taking our success stories to each area to gain commitment and build our reputation.


???Previous sales experience is essential
???Telesales experience would be highly advantageous
???A good, confident telephone manner
???The ability to communicate professionally in writing (email)
???Ambitious and sales focussed
???Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
???Good all round IT & administration skills


???Basic salary GBP20k + based on experience
???OTE's up to GBP40k in first year, significantly increasing thereafter

Based in Stourbridge, West Midlands.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
