What are we looking for?

An Interim HR Manager/HR Business Partner for a 12-month period to cover a maternity leave.

What does the role look like?

You will be supporting key stakeholders and accountable for providing contemporary advice and guidance across the full spectrum of generalist HR activities. You will be responsible for influencing and managing relationships with key stakeholders & utilising your extensive HR toolkit to ultimately deliver a highly proactive, professional HR service. Working in partnership, you will enable the business to deliver its goals through best practice HR initiatives, which will include commercial employment law advice, talent management and organisational change & design. This role is not for the faint hearted, we are looking for a driven, commercially minded and astute person who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into the core of the business.

Who will this role appeal to?

Preferably a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level. You will have had a proven track record of delivering in a results focused HR service within a complex and challenging business environment. You will have a confident & credible approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions, and embedding best practice ways of working. The organisation is currently undergoing a change, and practical experience of managing change and coaching managers is key. Remuneration for this position?

40k basic salary, bonus, fully expensed car, generous holiday package plus many other benefits
