I am seeking two skilled shift leaders with significant background in children's residential care services to join an independent provider within one of their Worcestershire based homes.

The service can be easily accessed from Redditch, Worcester, Kidderminster, Evesham, Birmingham and Solihull.

You will join a provider who specialises in the delivery of high quality, person centred support for children and young people that have experienced early life trauma, which may present itself as a range of emotional and behavioural needs.

You will become part of an established team and take on a number of shift leading responsibilities within a residential setting that prides itself on promoting a homely, family environment.

Working closely within the management team, you will be responsible for a number of tasks, to include:

* Provide a safe and secure environment to ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people.
* Produce, maintain and distribute house paperwork to ensure relevant information is recorded accurately and is available. Complete additional reports as directed by the Home Manager.
* Control and analyse the young people's behaviour to avoid incidents and improve behaviour.
* Create a positive culture and routine to ensure young people respect the night time routines and expectations.
* Maintain knowledge of and apply the relevant legislative, contractual and inspection framework requirements.

You will work a varied shift patten to include weekends, sleep ins and bank holidays. This will all be pre-determined in advance via the in house rota system.

I am seeking applications from highly skilled residential support workers and experienced senior support workers who are seeking to make the next move in their career.

You will be compassionate, calm and motivated and really driven to make a difference to the lives of the people you support.

To be considered for these sort after vacancies, you must demonstrate the following:

* Hold QCF level 3 in children health and social care
* Have a proven background within EBD or BESD residential services at team leader/senior
* Demonstrate excellent team/shift leading skills and capabilities
* Hold a full UK driving licence

If successful, you will benefit from a highly competitive salary, inclusive of sleep in allowance, up to GBP25500 per annum dependent on skills and experience. You will also receive a generous annual leave allowance and other exciting benefits.
