In addition to this we also have a significant and highly successful remediation services capability assisting many of the UK's leading companies in their financial redress initiativesRole DetailA brand new opportunity for an experienced Business Process Improvements Manager to join the Operational Excellence team as an Operational Excellence Manager, to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of Capita's Lending Services operation. You will be given the autonomy to design, lead and deliver change across the business, developing a culture of continuous improvement. You will investigate and implement changes to support the streamlining of Capita processes / procedures to ensure operational efficiency and profitably, develop and implement the necessary changes to ensure adherence to corporate contracts.We are looking for someone who has experience of working to the Lean Six Sigma methodology, black belt certification would be an advantage but we will sponsor formal certification for the right candidate.What you will do: * Analysis of existing processes to identify of business improvement activity * Defining the scope and scale of key process improvement projects * Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that each project will deliver the required benefits, appropriately resourced, using SMEs and external resources as required. * Executing and evaluating outcomes of process improvement projects, identify options, costs benefits and timescales associated with proposed business change. * Responsible for implementing improvements within the business to ensure that service level agreements are hit within set contractual timescales, and identifying and tracking benefits * Ensuring professional standards and best practice act as key drivers within a culture of continuous service improvement value for money and safer practices * Be a role model for change and a key point of contact for operational teams for change * Continually review the operation and initiate, plan and continuous improvement to improve efficiency and capability in delivering objectives and customer needs, whilst driving down costs and maximising profitYour experience will include: * Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology * Previous experience of delivery within a Change Management / Process Improvement environment * Demonstrable success in delivering a variety of process improvement projects * Senior stakeholder management * Superb planning and organisational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Engaging presentation skills * Ability to influence at all levelsWhat's in it for you?At Capita, training and development aren't optional extras: they're how we do our job.
