KS2 Teacher Person Specification

For this post you should be an inventive KS2 Teacher who has a history of 'Good' or better classroom practice and ideally 1 year of solid teaching experience, though talented NQTs will be considered. The school needs a teacher who has the motivational skills to keep a class engaged and interested through exciting, engaging lesson content. The school wants to recruit someone who has a style of teaching which promotes fresh thinking, creativity and ingenuity. We want to meet teachers who can enthusiastically deliver stimulating content to inspire their students to give their all.

About the KS2 Teacher Role

In this KS2 Teacher position you will be joining one of the school's KS2 classes as a general class teacher and you will be working with a supportive team to maintain and increase attainment. Your teaching will be enhanced by the top resources at the school, including interactive learning areas and continue to learn best teaching practice through an enviable CPD training program. There are many opportunities for additional responsibilities across the school, including phase leads, if you can show the drive, energy, and skills necessary. In this role you will be working under the invested Headteacher, a fantastic practitioner who is always keen to hear new ideas from all members of staff.
