Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager

Our South Wales Training Provider are looking for an experienced Internal Quality Assurance Manager with a V1 or equivalent and some occupational Health and Social Care and Management experience. Responsible for the internal quality assurance process in accordance with award body and other regulatory bodies' standards in order to ensure quality and effectiveness of qualifications attained. Accountable for managing and maintaining all IQA processes Responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to employees in relation to qualification standards and compliance.

Overall accountability and responsibility for ensuring the requirements of all delivery contracts and programme specifications are met and achieved
Implement and manage strategies to develop and enhance the quality of the service provision for our learners
Accountable and responsible for effective team and caseload management
Responsible for all aspects of people management
