BDM / Business Development Manager/ Account Manager - POS

GBP80K + car/car allowance

The Company

My client are a large POS and graphics provider based in Central London who specialise in a multitude of POS (FSDU's, CDU's etc) and more.

They are looking for a new Business Development Manager Director to join their expanding sales team!

The Role:
Be instrumental in delivering, against a new business target of at least GBP3m per annum with a personal target of GBP2m per annum.
Collaborates with Sales & Client Services Director in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company
Maximise sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Identify, quantify and evaluate additional profitable business opportunities within a prospective customer base.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.

Requirements:

- A proven track record in successful sales conversion within POS/Large Format.
- A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred, or relevant industry experience
- Possess experience, strategic ability and authority to make the right decisions and make things happen quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to manage difficult situations with diplomacy and success, minimising conflict
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance
- Understanding of how clients / prospects buy business services and how to become trusted, likeable and influential within one meeting
- Good relationship building skills to maximise events and generate chemistry quickly with prospects.
- Solid presentation skills
- Experience in developing Marketing and Sales strategies
