The Headteacher of this outstanding primary school based in the London Borough of Southwark are looking to recruit experienced KS1 and KS2 primary teachers who would like to take on a TLR role as a Curriculum coordinator. The Head is interested to hear from teachers in both KS1 and KS2 teachers that are ready to take the next step in their career. This is an exciting time to join the school as they were recently graded as 'Outstanding' by OFSTED and have made significant improvements and changes across the school for the better. The Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher have experienced real problems in recruiting experienced KS1 and KS2 primary teachers and want to find teachers who have a minimum of 2-5 years experience who are ready to take the next step in their career and lead an area of the curriculum. The school is part of a teaching school alliance and they support a number of ITT students as well as middle leaders and senior leaders presenting you with great opportunities to progress your career.

The Headteacher has made significant contributions to improving this school and helped raise it from a 'Requires Improvement' school to an 'Outstanding' school. The school benefits from large classrooms with some of them recently refurbished. 21st Century technology runs through the school with state of the art facilities for both students and staff to use. The school has their own nature garden where children can get hands on and enjoy the outdoors. The school is heavily oversubscribed and parents are demanding their children go to such a fantastic Primary school. The school is a victim of its own success due it's CPD and progression opportunities meaning that each year they do tend to recruit up to 2-3 teachers per academic year.

If you are an experienced KS1 or KS2 primary teacher that is looking for a school that can offer you amazing CPD opportunities - then please send your CV Today
