Job Setting

My client requires a dedicated Unit Manager to work within a bright and spacious Home specialising in nursing and dementia care for elderly residents. All rooms are ensuite, with modern d??cor and up to date facilities and amenities throughout. My client is committed to providing a varied daily activity programme to ensure the residents can pursue good metal and physical health. You will have excellent leadership qualities, and exemplary clinical skills.

You will be leading the General Elderly unit whilst directly involved with senior management. You will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Unit Manager will have excellent clinical leadership skills.
My client offers ongoing training, and has excellent development opportunities for the right candidate.
