GBP22.30 Senior Staff Nurse required in Sturminster Newton, Dorset. Days/Nights

Job Setting
My client requires a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to work within a beautiful, large nursing home in Sturminster Newton, Dorset. My client offers Dementia treatment to elderly. You will have excellent leadership qualities as will be involved in the management of the staff. You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Staff in the day to day running of the home.

In this large care home there is 3 floors, on the ground floor there is a coffee bar, lounge and dining room. Also there are different relaxation rooms including a hairdressing salon, cinema and sun therapy room.

You will be directly involved with senior management and will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Senior Staff Nurse will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role will offer a starting rate of GBP23.30 per hour plus enhancements. Full time hours per week.
