As one of the first employees, you will be integral in establishing processes, systems testing and shaping the future operation of this company which expects - and has the credibility, funding, Board-level relationships and experience - to grow very quickly.

During pre-launch, your knowledge of the industry, regulatory compliance and operational best practice will be enable you to define operations from onboarding new starters through to service delivery.

Post launch, your experience of delivering the highest levels of service in line with company values and regulatory guidelines will help to ensure the company develops a market leading reputation, driving continued success, growth and opportunities for you and your colleagues.
