Job Title: Book Keeper/Payroll
Salary: Up to 25k (DOE)
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5pm
Location: Wimborne, Dorset

Fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Wimborne.

An opportunity has arisen for a fast-learning, pro-active and motivated bookkeeper and credit controller to join a small and busy team in Wimborne. The successful candidate will be capable of working as part of a team, or on their own initiative.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Previous sales ledger and purchase ledger
* To maintain various company's bookkeeping records
* Purchase & Sales Ledgers
* Bank Reconciliation
* PAYE & VAT reconciliation
* Control A/C Recs & Year End
* Management Accounts
* Trial Balance
* Cash Flow
* Online Banking
* Cash & other expenses
* Other administrative duties to assist with the running of the office

The ideal candidate:
* Good all rounder in an office environment
* Excellent telephone manner
* High level of skill in time management and organisation
* Work on your own initiative and as part of a team
* Flexible working hours to suit workload
* Able to work well in a busy office of over 2000 clients
* Previous experience in the use of Sage Line 50, Xero and Excel is essential
