Clinical Lead required in Wirral - Up to GBP17 per hour - Full time - Days.

Job Setting
An experienced Clinical Lead is required to work within a fully CQC compliant nursing home in Wirral. My client offers nursing care to the elderly with 24 hour nursing needs. You will have excellent leadership qualities, and exemplary clinical skills.

The home is part of a small group of care homes, all of which are fully CQC compliant. It's a small service with up to 35 residents. Ideally located with excellent public transport links and a free on site car park.

You will be leading the care staff whilst directly involved with senior management. You will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Clinical Lead will have excellent clinical leadership skills. My client offers ongoing training, and has excellent development opportunities for the right candidate.
