The Role:

The role of the Client Services Associate supports the new and existing clients in the use of the bespoke platform with the timely and effective handling and resolution of client queries and issues

This position will also manage the projects and provide extreme superior service for all high profile clients. A key part of the role will be responsible for managing the business relationship with clients through Project Management, Client Communication, Internal Communication and Client Support.

Key Responsibilities:

In this Client Services Associate job, your tasks will involve:

Building strong relationships through proactive measures and quality service
Supporting new and existing clients using platform, promoting best practices
Managing high volumes of call, email and ticket communication effectively
Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines and policies including the Data Protection Act
Identify and assess client requirements for complete query management
Providing accurate, valid and complete information to clients using data, functions and resource available
Resolving client enquiries and issues in a timely manner, within company SLA's and processing guidelines
Limiting risk and positively promoting the platform
Collating client feedback and trends to work with others to enhance service delivery and overall client experience
Processing client transactions and data amendments with complete accuracy
Maintaining accurate records of client communications, data amendments and relevant documentation
Educating and train clients on platform offering and support the implementation of new services
What we're looking for?

Minimum 2 years client or customer services experience, within a regulated industry
Previous experience within a platform or investment environment is desirable
Flawless communication skills - both written and verbal
Exceptional organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
A burning desire to exceed any customer expectations
