Resourcing Consultant, 12 months Fixed Term Contract, Ipswich up to GBP28,000

Your new company
A large and very successful global organisation based in the Ipswich area has an exciting opportunity to join their busy team as an Internal Resourcer for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your new role
Your key responsibilities will be to provide high quality resourcing expertise to specific areas of the business, you will be working closely with business stakeholders and line managers. You will actively develop, influence and train the line managers to assess capability gaps within their teams and you will support the management with training and coaching interview and assessment techniques to ensure they have with the relevant skills to aid appropriate candidate selection. You will develop effective and proactive talent pipelines ensuring the businesses KPI's are met for new candidate talent attraction. You will source, analyse and report on market intelligence / data for candidates, competitors and attraction techniques to create information resourcing plans, and resourcing policy.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced recruiter and ideally be CIPD qualified or equivalent with a sound knowledge of HR employment law relating to best practice recruitment. Ideally you will have a background in financial services or a matrixed organisation and have experience in running assessment centres. You will have worked within a fast paced volume recruitment environment, be a credible and confident communicator and have fully managed the on-boarding through to end recruitment processes. You will be able to deliver agreed KPIs and SLAs including time, cost and quality of hire. You will be an experienced motivator that is confident with supporting the training and development of the line managers to ensure consistency with the interviews and assessment centre processes, ensuring that professionalism, continuity and best practices techniques are followed throughout the candidate selection process. You will be able to demonstrate effective use of sourcing to drive external talent pipelines, referrals and links into new or required skill areas.
