My client is a lovely Organisation within the Public Sector and they are looking for a Strong Professional Administration Assistant.

The Organisation is located in the lovely part of London near the station.

The position requires the following:

* The candidate need to be a Strong Administration who has had Mittel Phones Systems training
* They need to have had experience dealing with issues such as voice mail queries, programming answerphone messages, setting up a new phone, phone line failure(echos or intermittent faults), changing extension numbers and voice mails, ordering telephone equipment.
* The candidate is also required to have had proven administration, organisation and co-ordination skills
* Proven Committee skills including preparation of agendas, servicing meetings and preparation of background papers
* To co ordinate the Departments involvement and response to sustainability and climate change issues.
* To undertake routine health and safety risk assessments on members of the staff.

The skills require:

* Someone with excellent communication and written skills
* Good standard of general education
* Good inter-personal skills
* Budget preparation, monitoring and reconciliations skills
* Excellent oral and written skills
