Full time - Days - 40 hours

Time Recruitment is searching for a Clinical Lead - RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified who is interested a permanent clinical management vacancy in the area of Spondon, Derby to work for a reputable national care provider renowned across east midlands for its quality of care and specialist care areas.

The service is a modern, well run service with a long standing manager and a fully compliant CQC report and an outstanding reputation in the area. The site caters to a large amount of residential patients but also offers 25 general nursing and dementia nursing care beds.

The service is of a reasonable size with 45 beds in total, with 2 nurses on shift and support from a deputy and home manager on during the day shift with 6-7 senior support staff you will be overseeing' the company offer regular mandatory training and development both classroom and supervisory based which you will lead as the primary line manager.

Your role will be staff development lead and you will lead the nursing and care team from the floor with support from the home manager and a clinical lead nurse, you will lead on auditing functions, preparing for CQC inspections whilst managing complex assessments and discharges, DOLS requests and act as a family liaison for the facility.

Your role will be largely supernumerary but will encourage you to know the patients by standing in clinically when needed and maintaining your clinical skills.

Training and development is a large part of the role and the site has enrolled clinical trainers available at all times to support areas that require clinical development, the company encourage and support those who are in a management role; if management qualifications are sought out they will pay the cost and provide adequate time off to complete studies.
