Salary: GBP28,600 - GBP35,300 per annum based on 42 hours per week - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities
Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available
Shifts: Day Shifts or Night Shifts available (depending on your preference)

Further Details: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located in a residential area just outside of Leeds. Split into different prupose-built houses, the Care Home provides expert convalescence, palliative, respite, residential, nursing and dementia care for the elderly, as well as looking after individuals with Parkinson's and Huntington's.

The home is specifically designed with patients' needs in mind and ensures they are all treated as individuals and encouraged to live independently. They also keep their own pets in their beautiful gardens, as well as having a sensory garden for residents to enjoy. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

The Manager can accommodate both part time and full time hours. They can be flexible with regard to shift pattern, so you will be able to choose permanent day shifts or permanent night shifts or a mixture of both if you prefer. We welcome applications from newly-qualified nurses as a fantastic Preceptorship Programme is available.

The Home Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.
