Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP40,000 per annum - Highly Negotiable + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with on call duties.

The full facility offers a treatment service for an array of individuals (40+ in total) and services include acute mental health, addiction and substance misuse, CAMBS services and a ward for the provision of eating disorders.

The NEW unit is accredited by the royal college of psychiatrists as a quality inpatient service, specialist in who they support the service helps service users with depression, bi-polar, anxiety and varying diagnosis for adults. The service is 85% publicly funded and works with local commissioners delivering evidence based care programmes.

Your role as the Ward Manager on the acute ward will require you to be a pivotal part of the senior leadership team; and we would look for the following competencies:

As a facility, the hospital manager is a strong leader, well established with several years' experience and has a long standing staff team in place, with excellent staff support on shift so you can be guaranteed you will be working with other nurses well versed in clinical practise with a month long induction. The facility is also fully CQC compliant.
