Head of Campus Redevelopment - Perm / Full Time

Join us in our journey to amazing and become our new Head of Campus Redevelopment.

-Implement and manage the successful operational delivery of the Estates Strategy/Campus Redevelopment Plan
-Organise, chair and record meetings on the implementation of the Estates Strategy, logging and tracking actions, requirements and sign-off within the design process
-Develop and update the College`s rooming and space planning strategy to ensure the effective use of resources and the efficient use of the College`s estate.
-Liaise with colleagues, finance and external advisors on the procurement of goods and services for the estates strategy and ensure cost plans are monitored and reported on
-Plan and support the transition into new and temporary building
-Ensure that staff and stakeholders are kept up-to-date with developments

The Manchester College is based at many sites across the city. The role will require you to liaise with colleagues, as well as college advisors to implement the Estates Strategy/Campus Redevelopment Plan.

In order to do this, you will need:
-Previous experience of delivering previous capital schemes in an education environment.
-Working knowledge of student record systems, including timetabling.
-Previous experience of working with internal stakeholders and external design teams to deliver a capital scheme.
-Level 4 qualification in related discipline.
