Starting salary of GBP28,000p/a
Based in Banbury with some travel as and when required by the business.

I am looking for a candidate who is CIPD qualified with at least 5 years experience, ideally within a Law Firm.

You will be expected to provide professional Human Resource advise, guidance and support to enable Sector and Practice Areas to achieve their business objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in assisting managers to effectively lead and develop their staff and contribute to the development of effective HR policies, procedures and processes are implemented to meet the current and future needs of the firm.

Depicted below are a variety of typical tasks requested by the job holder. Other duties will be a pivotal part of the role:

*Recruitment and management of external recruitment providers
oWriting adverts
oSifting direct and recruitment business CVs
oArranging interviews
oContributing and attending interviews
oDelivering feedback
oGenerating and making offers to suitable applicants
oAll allocated paperwork that runs along side the above.
*Maintaining good relationships with all internal teams, especially marketing to leverage route to market
oUpdating company website to keep vacancy board up to date
oMaking sure the use of company social media such as LinkedIn have the correct vacancies listed
oInteresting and factual HR information is present on the intranet
oCreating content working in partnership with Marketing
*Attending and hosting promotional events for the Firm
oAttracting talent
oPromoting the business
oKeeping in touch with local universities to confirm when events are upcoming
*Maintaining attendance records
oSickness
oHoliday
oMaternity / Paternity
oPerformance management
oExit interviews
*You should have a keen interest in keeping up to date with all HR / Recruitment legislation for both the UK and Europe
*You should be able to delegate tasks to the HR Co-ordinator and HR Assistant
*Assisting with employees payroll
oAttendance records
*Live and demonstrate corporate values
oBecome known and respected across the firm for your Human Resource expertise and knowledge
