Year 4 Teacher / NQT Specification
The successful Year 4 Teacher / NQT applicant will be a bright graduate, who has a demonstrable track record of 'Good' or better teaching, who has preferably worked in an environment before with heightened numbers of SEN pupils and those who speak 'English as an Additional Language'. The school is hoping to meet a Year 4 Teacher / NQT who is able to use their passion to engage with students and promote high expectations. The school wants to meet applicants who have the ability to increase pupil motivation and productivity and an innovative style of teaching. The perfect Year 4 Teacher / NQT candidate will be able to circumnavigate potential disruptive situations and provide relevant and researched lessons.

About the Year 4 Teacher / NQT Role
As a Year 4 Teacher / NQT you will be taking over a mixed-ability Year 4 class which consists of 27 pupils. You main responsibilities will be to ensure educational attainment rises in accordance with your pupils abilities. The Senior Leadership Team can offer you an exhaustive training package, with the aim of providing CPD to all teachers, developing them into 'Outstanding' practitioners.
