About the Role
As a Geography Teacher your role will involve you joining a highly regarded Humanities Department. In this post you will be understanding how to progress further through the instruction of an experienced teacher and working with a designated Teaching Assistants who is both driven and intelligent. As a vital member of the support team you will be in the perfect position to get your teaching career of the ground through the support of a brilliant CPD scheme. This Geography Teacher position involves enjoying learning how to best use a wide range of teaching tools and resources which include multiple sensory rooms. Your teaching should be accessible by all students regardless of age, ability or background circumstances. Day-to-day, you will be working alongside an invested Head of Humanities who will always be on hand to offer advice and support as you become accustomed to life at the school, and beyond. You can expect to be offered more responsibilities after you prove you have the right drive and ambition. Part of your role will include addressing the needs of mixed ability classes up to KS4, whilst providing your A-Level class with challenging yet stimulating material.
