The successful Year 5 Teacher will possesses the ability to manage different skill levels in their class in an effective manner. You should possess superb motivational skills along with good practice to understand the needs of your classroom, reacting accordingly to struggling or uninterested students in exciting and interesting ways. The ideal Year 5 Teacher will have a 'can do attitude' and a clear passion for achievement and learning.
