We are opening an exciting new service to support young people aged 16/17 with complex needs, who are seeking to establish a direction for themselves and independence.
Based in Wisbech, the service will open in summer 2017.

Young People's Intensive Support Manager

Based in Wisbech

37.5 hours per week

Salary: GBP36,236 per annum (for 37.5 hours), plus an additional GBP110.21 per week when on-call.

We are looking for an exceptional person who has a high level of skill in working therapeutically with young people with complex needs and who is also an experienced service manager. You will be confident and assured, and able to respond effectively to opportunities and challenging situations, delivering a highly personalised support service.
