Compliance Officer


*The main purpose of the role is to be trained in the following key tasks:
*Treating Customers Fairly Call Monitoring
*Short Term Taxi Training (following internal training)
*Short Term Taxi Audits (following internal training)
*Development and maintenance of electronic calls scripts
*Training & Competence / ELearning (review & maintenance)
*Internal monitoring & MI
*Review and sign-off (websites, marketing, driving instructor scheme, social media and others)
*Fraud investigation & reporting
*Section 29/35 witness statements
*Complaints analysis & sign-off
*Support the Risk & Compliance team
Internal Effectiveness
*Supports the business - develops clear plans & priorities
*Has a good working relationship with "group" contacts covering all aspects of the role
*Creates an effective working relationship with Team Leaders & Heads of Departments
*Provides a high level of confidential support
*Takes responsibility for providing high quality reports based on audits
*Ability to prioritise own workload and cope with challenging deadlines
*Works with Management and staff to ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently achieved
*Ensures all reporting/monitoring systems are kept up-to-date (MI)
