Are you an experienced Senior HR Administrator looking for an exciting new challenge? Have you got a proven track record in managing and delivering a consistent HR Administration service. If so, we may be able to help you!

Here at Knole Green, we are working with a leading, UK contractor to find a successful and proactive Senior HR Administrator to join their team in Hertfordshire.

You will be responsible for managing the branch administration team and function whilst supporting the HR management Team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

* KPI reporting, knowledge of contract requirements
* Checking of input listing from timesheets Invoicing client and liaising
* Managing administrators
* Cover all administrator duties in the event of staff shortages
* HR administration support for the branch
* Upkeep of confidential records
* Checking fuel/phone bills
* Working within Company procedures
* Consider and recommend improvements to branch practices
* Manage and control office facilities
* Mobile phones ordering
* PDA & Vixen (HR System) point of contact
* Updating Vixen when applicable
* Recruitment of admin team
* Manage inputting of purchase orders/subcontract invoices

Experience Required:

* Extensive experience in HR administration
* Leadership and effective task management skills
* Able to demonstrate strong personal integrity
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent telephone call handling skills
* Strong computer literacy
* Intermediate Excel
* Attention to detail
* High standards
* Confidence in challenging situations.
* Accountability to resolve issues.
* Proactive to drive forward continuous improvement.

Salary & Benefits:

This is a permanent, full time role for which you will receive an excellent salary of up to GBP25,000 + Benefits (depending on experience).
