Due to current business requirement, this well-established and fast growing water treatment/water hygiene company is actively seeking to employ a self-motivated, ambitious and commercially focused Water Hygiene Operations Manager to work for them in South East, and will include applications from London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire and the surrounding areas, but will cover UK wide, hence must be prepared to extensively.

Ideally, they are looking for an individual who comes from strong water hygiene, operational, management, supervisory, technical, accounts, sales and plumbing background.

Must have hands on water treatment engineering and legionella.

Must have good communication, client facing, people management, leadership, organizational and presentational skills.

Must be well versed with the water treatment/water hygiene/legionella industry and legislation.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must have a proven track record working within this role and within the water treatment/water hygiene/legionella industry.

Must be fully conversant with the water treatment/water hygiene industry - an in-depth knowledge of the Health & Safety procedures and legislation.

Key Role:

Managing and overseeing the company's water treatment consultants - Engineers, Legionella Assessors, Office Staff - travelling to prestigious sites across the UK

Supervising/overseeing team/contractors/Engineers installing the company's products.

Allocation and scheduling of jobs.

Getting involved with training, appraisals, etc.

Keeping accurate reports of work carried out by the Engineers/staff.

Developing and producing commercial pricing and tender documents.

Producing and implementing method statement, risk assessments - documentations.

Solving problems appropriately and effectively.

Dealing with Health & Safety issues.

Liaising with clients on a regular basis - meeting their requirements.

Achieving targets and goals.

Generating new business leads whilst still managing the company's existing accounts.

Managing the water treatment consultancy services.

Managing the sub-contractors - risk assessments or water monitoring regiments.

Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
