Pertemps Ltd have been based on a logistics site in Hemel Hempstead for over 10 years and we are awarded in the top 100 employers in the UK! We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager (Industrial Recruitment) to manage our multi-site campus in Hemel Hempstead.

We are offering a good basic salary with an OTE of GBP40k! Plus Company Car, excellent training package and company benefits!

Reporting into the Account Directors you will be required to provide senior leadership and support to the Campus. This will require the management, leadership and control of a number of onsite recruitment staff based in a central office along with the management of the client to ensure Pertemps deliver exceptional service! You will need a thorough background in Agency Recruitment in order to thrive in this role.

Key skills:
• To possess high levels of business acumen including verbal/written business communication skills to a high standard.
• To display an inquisitive approach to managing the various business units identifying opportunities to improve process, recruitment, financial and operational performance to the benefit of the Pertemps contract.
• To evidence capability for making sound/confident decisions on behalf of the client and Pertemps.
• To prove excellent levels of commercial awareness ensuring that all KPI/SLA expectations are met for the client.
• To evidence a calm, encouraging and enthusiastic character when managing complex and sensitive internal and external communications.
• To meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder.

Key attributes:

• The ability to work as part of a wider team, sharing ideas for business efficiency and performance.
• To evidence a clear ability for the coaching, mentoring and training of all team members.
• To have working knowledge of the implementation, management and delivery of high volume recruitment and selection campaigns that meet the short, mid and long term recruitment plans of the client.
• To have a robust Quality & Compliance knowledge in order to maintain standards for all business parties.
• Demonstrate the highest levels and standards of leadership and management at all times.
• Demonstrate a 'can do' mentality with an emphasis on achieving the highest standards in every aspect of the role.
• To have an excellent understanding of all key areas of legislation for driving and the engagement of staff in relation to RTW etc.
• Good Discipline & Grievance knowledge.
• Previous Contract Recruitment experience.
