Netbox Recruitment have a new and exciting opportunity for a Process Trainer working with a growing client based in Sittingbourne, Kent. If you have worked within a Training team, keep reading!

Duties include:

* Playing a key part in the Compliance and Training Team, providing training and on-the-job support for the business operations.
* Being actively involved in regular internal auditing and continually measuring the company's compliance and standards
* Training members of staff in matters relating to product quality and health and safety
* Creating standard procedures and other necessary training materials
* Maintaining a company training matrix
* Completing Inductions for new starters and internal auditing of departments
* Building good working relationships with other departments throughout the company

Experience required:

* Working within a previous training/staff development role

This role involves working within a packhouse whilst training members of staff, however this role is also desk and administrative based. Working hours are on a shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off, 8am-8pm. The salary for this position is up to GBP21,000.
