Up to GBP45,000 depending on skills and experience + Benefits
Our client now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join their Governance team working in the London Head Office to assist with the delivery and implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Plan.

Using your compliance monitoring / auditing experience, you will be responsible for performing regular and thematic reviews, analysing and recording findings, identifying remedial actions and track when actions have been completed. You will be accountable for identifying and minimising / escalating risks and will ensure that departmental procedures are kept up to date. On a broader remit, this is an opportunity to be part of a new team and help to develop both your own growth but also support the development of the team.
This role requires a meticulous and methodical candidate with an understanding of regulatory frameworks, FCA and/or JFSC and GFSC rules and best practice, within a financial services environment e.g. investment / fund management.
You will be accustomed to working to tight deadlines and have a sound knowledge of interpreting rules and identifying gaps in data and issues that need attention. The ideal candidate will be pragmatic, professional and well organised, with the ability to build effective relationships quickly. Knowledge of COBS, COLL, FUND and/or SYSC would be advantageous, and thematic review experience, desirable
