A school on the outskirts of Oldham require a Yr5/6 teacher for an April start.

The role starts after Easter. They are also willing to consider any candidate that would commit 3 days to 5, so the role doesn't have to be full time. The role would initially be until the end of the academic year but there is the opportunity for a permanent position in September should the candidate prove successful.

The School is outstanding and consistently produces some of the best results in Oldham. They achieved 98% last year in their KS2 results and their KS1 results were 100% across reading, writing and maths. EAL % across the school is low, as is their FSM %. This is a really 'outstanding' school in every respect in a very good area and ultimately a very good opportunity for someone. The school have requested an experienced teacher but not someone who has necessarily taught Yr6 SAT's. Teaching ability is off paramount importance as is the ability to commit, engage and go the extra mile.
