An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll and HR Advisor to join a small and busy HR Team. The purpose of the role is to provide all payroll activity, supporting employee contract management and general HR Administration. You will need to take ownership and full accountability in this role, with an ability to investigate all queries through to resolution.
Key accountabilities of the role include

* Preparation of the monthly payroll
* Submitting accurate information to outsource partner (i.e. holidays, absence, starters, leavers, amends)
* First point of contact for employee pay queries

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

* Previous experience in HR systems & Payroll
* Knowledge of UK & Irish payroll and tax
* Experience of working with external payroll providers
* Intermediate skills in excel including reporting, pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
* Well planned and organised with the ability to problem solve
