What does the role entail? Account Management - Sourcing clients through Negotiation, business development, Client meetings and networking at industry leading exhibitions. Sourcing top candidates using advertising, networking, Headhunting Managing interview processes and also negotiating with clients Selling candidates to clients and jobs to candidates
Requirements for the role:
- A passion for sports, and a competitive personality
- Confident approach to Business and negotiation
- Ideally a 2:1 from a top university
- Confident telephone and face to face communication skills
- A strong work ethic, and hugely money motivated
The incentives include a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, annual bonus and international travel. The very best performers attend the yearly trip to destinations such as Miami, Cancun and Dubai
