New Business Sales Manager/Saas Solutions/SW Sales

Exciting opportunity has arisen for a New Business Sales Manager to join a young and growing company near Chippenham moving to Bristol in the coming months. If you have new business sales experience related to Web Design Services and cloud based CRM technology (or similar technology) then this could be the job for you! You will be ambitious, target driven, experienced in inbound sales and have a history of exceeding targets and expectations.

Our client is looking for a competitive and trustworthy New Business Sales Manager, experienced in inbound marketing/sales techniques, who has a passion for new business, exceeding targets and creating opportunities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new opportunities using the latest tools and maximizing our clients new business revenue to ensure financial stability and growth in their monthly residuals. Customer satisfaction is key to our clients success, you will therefore be responsible for ensuring we our promise of "Right First Time, On Time, Every Time". Your role will be to ensure the customer appreciate our time and our proposals are realistic and achievable.

As a New Business Sales Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

*Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
*Actively seek out new sales opportunities through LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Web Research, Networking, Recommendations & Referrals
*Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
*Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demonstrations on products/services.
*Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
*Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
*Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
*Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

*Proven experience as a software sales consultant or relevant role,
*A solid technical understanding and solution selling background.
*Thorough understanding of inbound sales & marketing.
*Good understanding of how social media can support sales.
*Must have stamina, resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
*Skilled negotiator
*Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
*Customer/client focused.
*Passion for technology, and keeping abreast of new technology and methodology.
*Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
*An understanding of Responsive Web Design and SEO best practices
