We are looking to recruit a Sales Team Manager to head up our clients Umbrella/PAYE/CIS/LTD/Contractors Limited new registrations team. We are looking for someone with industry experience in limited company/umbrella/contracting solutions who can bring experience, knowledge, drive and passion to our team. This is a newly created position for work as part of the senior management team in a fast paced, ever changing and diverse industry. As a Sales Team Manager you will be responsible for driving a team forward, achieving results with Contractors and increasing the number of people who use the accountancy and payroll services that are available.

We want someone who can demonstrate a track record of success in the Umbrella/Payroll Services/CIS/Contractor sectors who will be able to hit the ground running. This role is an exciting position where you will be required to sign up new contracts/LTD companies and provide a quality service to recruitment agencies and contractors.

As a Sales Manager, we want to recruit a person who has demonstrable experience within the recruitment and contractor payroll sector. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of success as a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Advisor of working with recruitment agencies and contractors. As a Sales Manager you will be required to sell a range of payroll solutions to contractors and provide a consultative sale that gives contractors/LTD Companies confidence that signing with the company provides a great service

As a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Advisor, you will have overall responsibility and lead the new sales and registrations team to success. You will manage all aspects of team performance, train and coach them with your extensive compliance and legislation knowledge to ensure they provide a first rate service at all times.

Role Accountabilities as a Sales Manager;
* Provide sales advice and guidance to the team and directors so that they will have accurate view of the market.
* Develop, train and coach the sales team
* Target relevant clients and contractors to develop and increase business levels
* Identify and develop key target clients
* Manage a client database
* Coach the team to provide a comprehensive and consultative sales process
* Take the lead with all key sales activities
* Provide up to date market guidance and key legislative changes to accounting/limited company/umbrella/contractor contracts and terms
* Review the sales process and make any key changes to maximize sales and business development opportunities
* You will have full control of the team and will be highly motivate to provide a return on the investment in that team
* Motivate team members to continually achieve targets and increase business levels.

Personal Profile The Ideal Candidate
* Experience of working within the Accountancy and Support services sector
* Experience of managing people within Umbrella/Limited/PAYE Employee or CIS/Self-Employed contractor sector
* In-depth and up to date knowledge of markets and changing business environments in the Umbrella/PAYE/CIS/LTD/Contractor industry
* Proven track record of driving sales teams to achieve results
* Setting targets and motivating sales teams to achieve results
* Experience of building a team and infrastructure in a rapidly growing business.
* A track record of providing solutions to contractors/Umbrella/LTD companies.
* A proven ability to motivate people.and a leader with a proven track record of achievement.
* A results orientated, motivated and energetic individual with strong leadership and management skills.
* A high degree of influencing skills with an honest, professional and friendly manner
